120 Gram frozen banana
100 Gram frozen mixed berries
5 Gram chia seeds
30 Gram PI Nutrition Whey Isolate (flavor of choice) or plant based alternative
300 ml unsweetened coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency is formed
Pour the smoothie into a large glass
